Come, yogi friends, join us for our Summer Training Camp - let’s get together to train, get corrections, and track our progress. Also, a great opportunity to get routine coaching and preparation for the competitions this year!!

Saturday 10th February
10:00am - Bikram Class
12:00pm - Progressive Class
2:00pm - Wall Stretch
3:15pm - Posture Presentation Workshop
6:30pm - Dinner (voted venue)
Sunday 11th February
9:00am - Bikram Class
11:00am - Yoga Sports Class
12:30pm - Break
1:30pm - Posture/Routine Development Workshop
3:00pm - Arm Balance Class (60min)
Accommodation: personally arranged. There are some options available to crash at Clint or Kate’s if you’re happy to bunk up.
What’s in the Posture Presentation Workshop?
Day 1 - Collaborative workshop with athletes, with coaching on comp routines. Including category analysis, posture choices, rules, order of postures, and timings. Including sports psychology and comp preparation.
What’s in the Posture Development Workshop?
Day 2 - Participants are provided corrections for postures and coaching on their routines.
